Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Account Manager responsible
for managing the online store component of client programs while
achieving sales and account satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online store sales strategies and maintain
strong client relationships
Oversee inventory management, product assortments, and ensure
compliance with client contracts
Prepare and execute reporting, facilitate client meetings, and
drive operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in online store management or branded merchandise
support roles
Minimum five years of experience in online store account management
in the promotional merchandise sector
Associates or bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
experience
Strong operational and project management skills
Working knowledge of online store platforms and features
