Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITAM Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and measure performance metrics for IT resources and
optimize performance through process improvements
Develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards to evaluate
IT-related performance
Oversee asset management processes, including data accuracy,
migration, and incident tickets
Required Qualifications:
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools
Knowledge of Conviva CMDB and related asset management systems
Familiarity with performance management metrics and evaluation
Understanding of M&A projects and asset reconciliation
Proficiency in managing IT capital projects and related
documentation
