Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Construction Project Manager
specializing in Retail Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects,
including planning, design, construction, and closeout
Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, resource
requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
Implement project documentation governance and ensure data
integrity and timely coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience;
a combination of experience and education may be considered
Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced organizational skills and a sophisticated math ability for
financial calculations
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple
information sources
