Lead The Colleges of Law as Dean & Chief Academic OfficerThe Colleges of Law, a pioneer in accessible, affordable legal education, is looking for a Dean and Chief Academic Officer to drive its strategic vision and expansion. With existing campuses in Ventura and Santa Barbara, and plans for a new Pasadena location, this role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of legal education.About The RoleThe Dean will provide academic and strategic leadership, overseeing J.D., Hybrid J.D., and MBLT programs while ensuring compliance with State Bar of California and WSCUC accreditation. They will also lead faculty development, student success initiatives, and new program growth.This role requires a collaborative, data-driven leader who can work effectively near Pasadena, Los Angeles, or within a reasonable commute between Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Pasadena.Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance bar passage rates, career services, and student support
• Expand The Colleges of Law's reach in Pasadena
• Develop innovative academic and faculty development programs
• Foster partnerships with law firms, government agencies, and community organizationsWho We're Looking For
  • Holds a J.D. degree (California Bar preferred)
  • Has 10+ years of leadership experience in higher education
  • Understands hybrid and online learning models
  • Brings expertise in accreditation, curriculum development, and faculty mentorship
