Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction.*Job Description: *The National Sales Director will be responsible for assisting in the development and working with the Key Accounts Team at our HQ in Arcadia, CA. This person will also work on training all-new Sales Managers and travel to various iKrusher locations across the U.S. when needed. This role requires excellent client relationship skills, a mastery of nontraditional thinking, and problem-solving acumen.The National Sales Director will coordinate with the Key Accounts Director in developing an exceptional Key Accounts team. This person will be one of the points of contact for our key account clients and will work with the Key Accounts Director for cultivating trusting relationships with key decision-makers. They will oversee all service delivery on their teams and be responsible for the overall success of client relationships and client retention. They will also oversee their team's processes to ensure successful execution, optimization, and best practices are followed. The National Sales Director will also work closely with the Vice President of Sales to train all Sales Managers to be directly responsible for performance management, coaching, and talent development. This job will require traveling, and at times, at a moment's notice.He/she must be solution-oriented, have high emotional intelligence, impeccable verbal and written communication skills, experience with creating reports, and the ability to anticipate client and team needs before they arise.*Requirements: ** Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills as well as strong knowledge of coaching/development concepts, adult learning theories, and current trends.* Must be self-motivated, take the initiative to find solutions, demonstrate strong time/project management capabilities, and be skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing work deliverables.* BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent experience.* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.* Professional demeanor, excellent management, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.* Proven work experience as either a Regional Sales Manager or a similar senior sales role - a minimum of 5+ years of Sales Experience in a managerial role is a plus.* Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).* Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.* Excellent communication skills specifically with senior management.* Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.* Availability to travel as needed and be available to travel at a moment's notice. Usually have 2-3 days' notice.* Occasional seven-day workweek.* Being answerable on your phone, within reason, late nights, and on weekends.*Job Duties: ** Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback in a training environment.* Participate in quarterly business reviews with Key Account clients.* Confer with management to identify training and development needs within the organization through employee performance analysis, appraisal, and regular consultation with the Vice President of Sales.* Execute training strategies that align with and support corporate initiatives.* Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives and goals.* Evaluate individual performances.* Report on regional sales results.* Forecast quarterly and annual sales.* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/cold emailing.* Identify hiring needs, select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.* Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.* Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.* Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.* Verify every invoice to make sure all product is paid in full.* Support employees to ensure their success by calling/having weekly meetings.* Motivate key account sales team.* Manage revenue, expenses, and employee morale.* Support and assist the VP of Sales or CEO in achieving company-wide sales objectives.* Assist VP of Sales with market research.* Perform other duties that may be assigned.*Job Details: ** Position: Full-time.* Compensation: Salary & bonus eligible.
