Job Description Job Description Team Lead Forklift Service Technician – Carson, CA Job Type: Full-time About the Role This role is for a solid field technician who’s ready to take the next step. If you’ve spent the last few years turning wrenches, know the job inside and out, and want to start leading people instead of just fixing equipment, this is your opportunity. As a Team Lead Field Service Technician, you’ll still stay connected to the field but your main focus will be leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of technicians. You’ll be the go to person for your crew and the bridge between techs, customers, and management.
