Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Tool & Die Maker (Carbide) to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is integral to our operation as you will be responsible for designing and producing tools and dies using carbide, a material renowned for its durability and strength. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our team, working to ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in tool making, with a particular focus on working with carbide. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Tool & Die Maker (Carbide), your duties will include but are not limited to: 1. Designing, fabricating, and repairing tools, dies, and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes. 2. Performing precision work to exacting tolerances and dimensions. 3. Solving complex technical problems related to tool design and manufacturing. 4. Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. 5. Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines. 6. Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to improve production efficiency. 7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Tool & Die Maker (Carbide) role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: 1.
