Key Responsibilities
Lead funnel optimization and paid media initiatives to enhance lead
generation for realtors
Architect scalable systems for paid media, focusing on performance
and reliability
Mentor engineers and drive a culture of collaboration and
continuous learning
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience building web applications (Node.js, React,
etc.)
Proven success in growth engineering with a focus on paid media and
lead generation funnels
Deep expertise in data-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, and
microservices
Strong proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD
pipelines
