Key Responsibilities
Drive execution by shaping a shared technical and product vision
with leadership
Foster an engineering culture of ownership and shared
responsibility
Build scalable systems and processes in collaboration with product
leadership
Required Qualifications
10+ years in the software industry, with experience in senior
leadership roles
Proven track record of leading engineering teams through growth and
change
Experience managing both individual contributors and engineering
managers
Prior experience in a Director-level role with direct reporting to
executives
Hands-on experience with scaling distributed systems and modern
software practices
