serve as a Trusted Advisor in pre-sales coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate architectural advantages of the platform to
customers
Support Account Executives in proposing and designing solutions
Collaborate within a diverse team to enhance customer
experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or
equivalent technical experience
2-4 years of experience in SaaS Collaboration sales, success, or
technical support
Basic understanding of DevOps and programming knowledge
Ability to present topics clearly to various audiences
Flexibility to thrive in a high-growth environment
