Maintenance Technician Come work for Diversified Maintenance, a

Technician performs light maintenance duties around the facility.
This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from
time to time as assigned by the supervisor. Job Duties • Inspect
spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure
or breakdowns • Respond to requests for maintenance services •
Change lights • Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks •
Performs other cleaning duties as assigned Requirements High School
Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and
have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Willingness
to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance to
contractual obligation required. Diversified Maintenance is an
