Job Description:
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Perform scheduled inspections
and preventative maintenance on equipment and tools throughout
thefacility. ? Work independently to meet maintenance requirements
and keep detailed maintenance records. ? Perform maintenance and
repairs on the property including landscaping and grounds. ?
Perform repair and maintenance of facility’s air compressor. ?
Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repair (repair of leaks,
unclog drains, replacement ofplumbing fixtures). ? Perform minor
carpentry, drywall, painting, and masonry work. ? Provide
sanitation support when necessary and use proper procedures for
handling basic cleaningchemicals. ? Assist with additional projects
and other duties as required
