Job Description:

Job Description: Operations Manager will be overseeing the production of the company to ensure organization is running efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assess each department to check if department is following P&P Update P&P when necessary Monitor Company is being compliant in accordance to Health Plans Identify issues and implement solutions within the company Maintain quality and productivity standards Supervise Compliance department and coordinate with Claims on claim issues Monitor aging claims with reports to maintain timeliness Maintain claims inventory Determine potential candidates and partake interviews Participate in special projects Work with Department Managers and present recommendations for improvements Reports and works closely with SEVP Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or AA degree with related experience Must have at least 3 years of managerial role Must have at least 7 years of healthcare experience within managed care industry Must be familiar with facility (UB-04) and professional (CMS-1500) claim billing practices Must be familiar with Compliance practices Must have good written and communication skills. Must be able to follow guidelines, multi-task, and work comfortably within a team-oriented environment. Computer literacy required, including proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and EZ-CAP. SSRS Report is a plus. Typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
