Salary: $18/hour

Temporary Office Admin

We are looking for an Office Administrator to help fill in for an employee on leave. We are not yet sure how long the employee will be out, but expect it to be at least one week, possibly much longer.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with WordPress (or must be easily trainable)
  • Experience with Constant Contact (or must be easily trainable)
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is high preferred but not required

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Answering phones
    • Greeting guests
    • Helping with projects, as assigned
    • Basic clerical tasks
