Payroll Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, California. This
role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has expertise
in managing payroll for large employee groups across multiple
states. You'll play an integral part in ensuring payroll processes
are accurate, compliant, and efficient. Responsibilities: • Process
full-cycle payroll for a large employee base, ensuring timely and
accurate payments. • Manage multi-state payroll operations,
adhering to varying state regulations and tax requirements. •
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks and maintain
employee data. • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve
discrepancies promptly. • Ensure compliance with federal, state,
and local payroll laws and regulations. • Generate and review
payroll reports to identify and correct errors. • Assist with
audits and reporting requirements related to payroll processes. •
Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll procedures and
systems. • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive
employee and payroll information. • Proven experience with
full-cycle payroll processing. • Strong knowledge of multi-state
payroll regulations and practices. • Proficiency in using ADP
Workforce Now for payroll management. • Ability to manage payroll
for organizations with over 500 employees. • Familiarity with
payroll compliance laws and reporting standards. • Excellent
analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. •
Strong communication skills for addressing payroll inquiries. •
High attention to detail and ability to maintain
confidentiality.
