Work with cutting-edge technologies in global precision manufacturing Lead cost initiatives that directly impact company profitability High-visibility role with cross-functional collaboration and influence Job Details Drive monthly cost accounting close: journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Analyze inventory valuation, overhead, variances, and margins by product line Oversee fixed asset tracking, reconciliations, and annual audits Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, IT, and field service teams Lead reporting for inventory, cost of sales, and manufacturing KPIs Prepare audit packages and support external audits and compliance (JSOX) Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles Use ERP (preferably JD Edwards) and advanced Excel to extract and report financial data Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4 years in cost accounting, ideally in manufacturing Strong experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.) Proven ability to manage complex data and communicate clearly across departments Interested in hearing more?
