Competitive Compensation: DOE base salary 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays Dynamic, Collaborative Culture: Engage with global teams in both English and Mandarin Career Growth: Opportunities to work on international financial operations Stability & Impact: Join a company rooted in global business success Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage general ledger operations and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and variance analyses Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and perform bank reconciliations Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal financial policies and controls Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit procedures Collaborate directly with international offices and vendors in Mandarin to align reporting and compliance Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage data and produce detailed reports Support the broader finance team with ad hoc analysis and special projects Qualifications – Needed: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with international exposure Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reconciliations Ability to work both independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Interested in hearing more?
