A company is looking for a Banking Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact during the closing
process
Review loan approval details with applicants, including product
specifics and loan terms
Achieve customer satisfaction by establishing rapport and executing
commitments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-specific customer service
experience
Minimum of 2 years of general customer service experience
NMLS licensed preferred; must obtain license within 30 days if not
licensed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
