Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will
support and shape compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with reporting and analyses to measure compensation program
effectiveness
Act as an internal consultant on compensation issues and
policies
Conduct analyses on compensation issues and manage market data
aggregator tools
Required Qualifications
BS Degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred
Minimum of 5 years of compensation-related experience
Experience with Workday and market data aggregator tools
preferred
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
Knowledge of human resource laws and best practices
