Accounting Manager - Fluent in Mandarin required.IKRUSHER is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the city of Arcadia, and includes an R&D center in its facility.We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise a team of 3-4 people. The Accounting Manager will supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and taxes.Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with an understanding of US GAAP and the ability to document accounting conclusions.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and assisting in conversions is preferred.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience as an accounting professional.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Analyze and reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial reporting of the company and each subsidiary.
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
  • Assists in the preparation and ongoing analysis of budgets.
  • Supervises the Accounts Receivable Accounting in preparing invoices, handling past due accounts, resolving questions, contract compliance, report preparation, and system maintenance.
  • Supervises Accounts Payable Accounting in entering invoices to the proper account, paying checks, resolving vendor questions, taking discounts, preparing reports, and system maintenance.
  • Keeping vendor balances current. Managing fixed assets.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly-close process.
  • Coordinate and prepare all monthly, quarterly, and annual state sales tax returns, and use tax returns.
  • Prepare annual federal tax returns and coordinate with an outside CPA firm as needed.
  • Perform record keeping for business licenses and permits.
  • Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support VP of finance with special projects and workflow process improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamic Financials including designing systems and processes, migrating data, testing, and training.
  • Any Administrative work if required.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.Full-Time:
    • Salary plus bonus eligible (100,000-120,000).
    • Remote is not allowed.Benefits:
